SUP-yoga

 

 

Sup yoga sessions begin with a 15 minute intro paddling lesson.  Followed by a  guided paddle to our on water studio location where we drop anchor and begin our 45 minute practice.   Your board becomes your yoga mat, as you develop better balance, coordination, and strength by linking your breath to yoga poses.  Introducing yoga poses in a gentle manner with modifications tailored to your experience level and comfort zone.  Align with the beauty of nature that surrounds us on the water.   Class ends with a blissful savasana and scenic paddle back to our starting location.  

No paddling experience is required.  We recommend that you have taken at least one yoga class to have a basic understanding of the poses, but this is not required.  The class is adaptable to all levels.   Must be able to swim.

SUP-fusion

 

 

Sup-fusion sessions begin with a 15-minute intro paddling lesson.  Followed by a  guided paddle to our on water studio location where we drop anchor and begin our class.  

SUP-fit fusion will incorporate elements of yoga, pilates, interval training,  and body weight resistance training, with the added challenge of floating on water.  A whole body conditioning class that is focused on improving agility, balance, strength, and paddling technique. 

Board, paddle, PFD, and leash are included.  No experience is required.  Must be able to swim. 

$45.00 for 90 minute class including Board, paddle, PFD, and leash.

Yoga- fusion adventure  tours

 

Yoga Fusion Adventure Tours offer a longer class length that allows us to paddle to a scenic, secluded location for our onboard Yoga- fusion practice.  

Make new friends as you workout, have fun, and explore the wonderful PNW waterways.  

Paddling experience required for yoga adventures.  If you are new to standup paddling, please take  SUP yoga, SUP-fit fusion, or SUP 101 before signing up for this adventure. Board, paddle, PFD and leash are included.   Must be able to swim.   3 hours of fun!

Bring water, sunscreen,  and a snack.  

$75.00 for 3 hour tour/class including Board, paddle, PFD, and leash.

SUP 101

 

 

Much more than a basic lesson.  SUP 101 is 90-minutes of adventurous fun!  You'll learn the basics of SUP and  then go for a short group paddle to practice your new skills.  

Your lesson begins on land with a gear overview, paddling, and launch techniques.  You'll be up and paddling on flat water in no time! 

Build confidence on the water in a small group setting that focuses on balance,  forward stroke, and directional control.  Water safety is covered throughout the lesson.  

Board, paddle, PFD, and leash are included.  No experience is required.  Must be able to swim. 

$60.00 for 90 minute lesson with all equipment included.

SUP-barre

 

Love studio barre class?  Take it to the water with SUP-barre, a hybrid class combining standup paddle boarding with your favorite ballet moves from barre class.  Your paddle becomes your barre as you move through standing and seated ballet-inspired moves.  Balancing on your board will add to the challenge! 

Board, paddle, PFD, and leash are included.  No experience is required.  Class begins with a basic paddling lesson.  Must be able to swim.

SUP'n Pup

 

Join in on this once a month workshop and learn how to safely get your pup out on the water with you.  Bring your own board, paddle,  PFD, and leash to this class.  Puppy and puppy PFD are required.  

An email with at home pre-training for you and your suppup, will be sent to you when you register for the class.
